Putting Yoga on the Water: Experience True Flow

When paddling with us you'll find more than just yoga on a paddle board. You will be led through stand-up paddle basics, safety techniques, and hit the water for a short paddle. Once your anchor is set you'll be led through a fun and creative sequence teaching you how to balance breath and movement and become in tune with the nature around you. Our water safety trained and SUP yoga certified teachers will ensure you have an experience you won't soon forget. There is something undeniably energizing, and renewing about practicing yoga on the water.
